I haven’t used the Halti Collar. In another answer, http://askville.amazon.com/askville/AnswerViewer.do?requestId=2796224 I mistakenly said I had used the Halti Collar, but it was actually the Gentle Leader we used. While I can’t really compare the two, I can say that the Gentle Leader works, when used properly. To that end, they supply an instructional DVD with the device, to make sure you have it adjusted properly.
