Is a guinea pig a good pet or just plain boring?

I believe that guinea pigs are probably the best type of small pet to get. They’re brain is simular to a dog’s. They can register tricks, they LOVE to cuddle, and run around. They tend to get into things that they normally shouldn’t be getting into. And so far, I have not heard or even seen myself of a guinea pig that bites out of just bordom to your hand, or is agressive (unless with another guinea pig that it doesn’t like). Get a guinea pig IF you have the time for it. Unlike the insects, and fish, they NEED that attention, especially if you get just one (reconmended to get 2 or more, they are happier in pairs). You can’t just keep your guinea pig in the cage all day for the rest of their life. They wont be happy, or healthy for that matter. They need to have space to run around and also to interact with you. If you ahve the time AND Money for them (ex/ vet bills, supply of hay, food and toys), then I strongly encourage to get one.
