Yes, such an emulator exists. An emulator is used in order to make a game or programme developed for another operating system also compatible for other systems. For example, a Gameboy application cannot actually be run on a PC or PocketPC. In this case an emulator is used. It translates the game for the respective system. Of course there is no drive in the PC / PocketPC for the Gameboy disc. Therefore, the game must be downloaded as a file from the internet (this file is called ROM ).
