Is a full-fledged tax boycott the only planned method?
No. There are incremental steps that will lead to that, if the demands of the people are ignored. Short of a full boycott there are many possible steps, and not all of them have been thought of to date. As people join us, they will bring in fresh thinking and new insights. That is one great strength of a true grass-roots movement where many people contribute their efforts and creative thinking.
