Is a Freephone number free from all networks?

0

You can dial a Freephone number from most fixed line operators for free, this includes BT, cable & wirless, Virgin Media, BSkyB, generally all fixed line operaors, I am not sure of any in the Uk who charge a fee. Mobile operators generally charge to connect to 0800 freephone numbers, this is due to the mobile oeperator and not due to TNDW.
