Is a flywheel part of an auto transmission rebuild?

No, the flywheel is attached to the engine, the transmission attaches to the flywheel. The rebuild only has to do with inside the transmission. Of course it has a flywheel. I don’t think it would be smart for a car manufacturer to have to build two engines for the same car. One with a flywheel and one without. Doesn’t make sense.
