Normally a fitness center with modern workout machines and weight machines are available for all crew members. On many major cruise lines the “Officers” and “Staff” are allowed to use the guest fitness area onboard. In addition many cruise ships have volunteer sports teams that will play against other cruise ship teams in various ports of call.
