Is a donation form posted on the website for mailing checks and credit card donations?
Yes, at the lower left side of the city registration page is a link to a downloadable form which includes a mailing address to send donations by mail in place of making an online donation. Donations can be made by check or credit card if you are using this form. Checks should be made payable to The Kidney TRUST. Please do not send cash. Please allow three weeks for processing after mailing.
