Is a doberman pinscher good for a small house?

I live in a one bedroom apartment and my dobe doesn’t shed too much – a lot less than my best friends’ dogs. Dobes don’t have an undercoat, ergo less shedding. Their fur is about the length and thickness of an eyelash. Any dog will poo in a house if you don’t house train it. They are quick to learn, but you have to be consistent if you don’t want accidents and keeping an eye on them is really helpful too. They need TONS of exercise, more than just a couple days a week. A tired dog is a good dog. Kruzer gets about an hour and a half weekdays and longer on the weekends (depends on the weather.) These are not outside dogs, as they love being around their people. If they are left alone (inside or out) with little stimulation they will tear up a house and yard possibly hurting themselves in the process. My boy had self-destructive separation anxiety issues that took a while to overcome. I was at my wits’ end for a few months. He’s completely better now, and only tears something up if I leav
