Is a Division Chairpersons signature required for each grade roster?

The web grading system does not require the Division Chairpersons signature for submission of final grades. However, various reports from the Information Management Systems (IMS) will be used by the Division Chairpersons to track the submission of grades by the deadline. The Division Chairpersons also have access to view individual grade reports. Faculty are encouraged to discuss grading trends and practices with other faculty in their discipline and/or division as well as with their Division Chairperson. Supplemental grades for students whose names do not appear on the grade roster and for grade changes will be reported on the paper Grade Change Forms available in division offices. Grade Change Forms WILL require the Division Chairpersons signature.
