Yes. For the 2008 season, a partially refundable deposit of half of the charter cost (i.e., for a 2-hour charter the deposit would be $425) is required upon signing of a charter contract. Half of the deposit will be refunded upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the event.
