Is a deposit required in order to book Mike?
Half of Mike’s fee is expected as a deposit once he agrees to hold a date for you. Any date not secured by a deposit after 30 days will be made available to other event planners. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations more than 60 days in advance. Half of the deposit is refundable for cancellations 30-60 days in advance. There are no refunds on cancellations less than 30 days in advance. However, non-refunded deposits may be applied to the deposit for Mike to speak to your group anytime within the next two years. Should Mike be unable to honor his commitment to you due to illness or travel complications beyond his control, your deposit will be refunded in full.
