Is a deposit required for the Traveling or Non-Traveling Teams?
Each year we have players who decide they do not want to play after we post the teams. This is unfortunate, because other players have been cut from those rosters and are understandably upset. When selected for a Traveling Team you will have 24 hours to pay 1/3 of your team fee or we will remove you from the team. To withdraw from being selected for a Traveling Team submit your request IN WRITING prior to the end of the second tryout. You must pay your Non-Traveling Team Fee prior to trying out for the Gold Level teams. This fee will not be refunded if you are placed on a Gold Level team. Should you choose not to play on a Gold level team you must let us know in writing by the end of tryouts for your daughter’s age group. You may receive a refund if you are placed on a Silver Level team and choose not to participate and let us know before the start of the season.
