Is a dedicated firewall required for the GCSX connection?
Yes. It is generally best practice to have separate firewalls governing your front and back doors, however a Local authority may utilise an existing physical channel on an existing firewall chassis if they can demonstrate strong configuration control and management of the entire chassis with supporting ITHC and penetration test results. The approval to use an existing firewall chassis will be taken on a case by case basis.
