Is a credit/ debit card required to place a bid on the auction site?
Yes. Payment card details are submitted via our secure server to prevent unauthorised access. This data is stored with your account so that you only have to enter it once. You can access your payment card information and amend it as necessary by clicking on “my account.” If you do not have a payment card on file, you will be prompted to enter this information before bidding. Please note we do not accept Visa Electron cards.
