Is a credit check required to live in the University Houses and Glassell Apartments?
A. Yes. Once a house/apartment has been offered to you, you must also submit a Credit Check form that is provided to you by the Assistant Director in charge of Housing Assignments. This will keep your License Agreement in a pending status until your credit check report is received and a reviewed for a final decision.
