Yes, all licensed OT’s and OTA’s must take a Board approved 2-hour course on the Florida Laws and Rules for occupational therapy, as part of the total 26 hour requirement. CE for Health Care Professionals is a Board approved CE Provider and our course has been specifically approved by the Board. Those seeking Initial Licensure can take our course for review but cannot get credit for the Laws and Rules course unless they take it after licensure.
