Is a constitutional amendment needed?
There is a movement underfoot to mislead voters that a constitutional amendment is necessary to define what “citizen” means. This is wrong! Beware of politicians who try to fool voters as Esau deceived his father by dressing in the hairy skins of baby goats to steal his brother’s blessing from his father Issac. American citizenship is a blessing from our Founding Fathers and should be treasured and safeguarded . The same politicians who advocate a constitutional amendment are the same politicians who supported amnesty in the past and will in the future. Politicians who make an impassioned case against birthright citizenship, then turn around and try to tie up the issue in a long drawn out and unnecessary constitutional amendment are either misinformed or purposefully trying to deceive citizens to avoid accountability.
