A computer with Internet access (preferably high speed) is necessary for almost all usage of the Ohio eBook Project. Patrons will need to download software to open and use titles, as well as transfer them to a device. The only time that a computer is not necessary is if a patron is using an Apple/Android/Blackberry device with OverDrive Media Console App for iPhone/Android/Blackberry. Currently, this app is only compatible with the the Adobe EPUB and MP3 formats.
