Is a clinical director equivalent to a medical director as a referee?
No. A medical director has access to information such as disciplinary procedures, regardless of whether you have had personal contact with them. You may instead choose to nominate your clinical director as your first referee. We recommend that you inform them and/or arrange to meet with them before you submit your application.
