Is a Cleveland Clinic MyConsult online medical second opinion covered by my insurance?
The Cleveland Clinic MyConsult online medical second opinion service is not covered by insurance programs. Many employers have contracted with Cleveland Clinic to provide the MyConsult program as part of their employee benefit plan. If you are not sure if your company provides coverage, call the Cleveland Clinic Help Desk at 216.444.3223 or 800.223.2273 ext 43223. Unless your employer has a relationship with Cleveland Clinic as stated above, the cost of the consult is your financial responsibility.
