Is a Class D wastewater license renewable?
A Class D wastewater license is not renewable for operators of any size activated sludge facility or any trickling filter or RBC facility permitted at 100,000 gpd or greater. You must upgrade to the Class C license to continue operating these types of wastewater treatment facilities. If you are performing other non-operational duties or are not in the wastewater profession, your Class D license is renewable if you meet the renewal requirements.
