This is due to some of a camera’s inherently visual functions. The AGENCY is not required to fundamentally alter its acquisition requirements in order to comply with Section 508 and procure EIT that would no longer meet its needs. Therefore, the AGENCY should procure digital cameras that best meet its acquisition requirements.
