Generally traffic offenses are not considered “misdemeanors” as misdemeanors are defined in general criminal laws, however, it would be best to include it. The applications sometimes specify that “misdemeanors” also include any motor vehicle moving violations and that they should be listed. Besides, the government will most likely obtain a transcript of your driving record anyway as a background check.
