Is a Captain America movie a good idea?

This forum needs a new thread desperately and I was just thinking about if now would be a good time to make a Captain America movie? For those of you who haven’t been following the comics, there was a story arc a while back called “Civil War.” Basically a group of untrained teenage superheroes were killed, along with most of Stamford, by a villain named Nitro (he can explode his body and reform it at will.) Congress passed the Superhuman Registration Act which would require all superheroes to give up their secret identities and register with the government like security employees. Some heroes did not want to do that for the life they built with their secret identities would be compromised and their loved one would be put in danger. The pro-registration team was lead by Iron Man and the anti-registration team was lead by Captain America. After a long and exhausting battle that destroyed much of New York, Captain America gave himself up and surrendered to stand trail. He was assassinated
