Is a Breakage Warranty offered on Faerie Song Designs Jewelry?
Yes! All Faerie Song Designs Jewelry Includes a Free 6-month Breakage Warranty. Should your jewelry break under normal wear and circumstances during the 6-months following purchase, Faerie Song Designs will gladly repair it for free. Please save all pieces should it break as there may be an additional charge for replacing lost beads or findings. If the item is not repairable and/or replacement parts are no longer available, we will give you a credit towards purchase of other Faerie Song Designs Jewelry. You are responsible for postage/insurance for mailing the item back to Faerie Song Designs for the repair, but we will pay the return postage to mail it back to you. Please call or email us in advance before sending an item for repair if possible. Please note this warranty does not cover abuse to the jewelry (for example but not limited to a piece breaking because a toddler yanked on it repeatedly ;), or normal wear of any coating on the beads, sterling silver plating, or tarnishing of
