Is a Bio-filter and Skimmer really necessary for the eco-system to work?
• Yes. It is a combination of the oxygenation, filtration system, gravel, fish, bog plants and advantageous bacteria which colonize on the pads and gravel. • How long will it take you to complete the job once you start? • Of course it depends on the size, but small waterfalls will take about two weeks, large water gardens and lakes will take months to complete all the components involved. • How much do you require as a down payment and what exactly are your payment policies? • We generally require 1/3 down upon signing of the contract, 1/3 upon commencement of the work, and the final upon your satisfaction and our completion of the work. Any approved Change Orders will be added on and paid with the final.
