Is a bachelor’s degree required to work at LSS?
Our entry-level positions do not require a college degree. These are positions from which staff begin to build their experience base for more advanced human service opportunities within LSS and the human services field. Some positions do require a bachelor’s degree and for some positions an advanced degree may be required or preferred. Please review the requirements of each position.
