Is 800 service and/or all usage going to be billed in 1 or 6 second increments?
800 service is provided by MCI and is billed in 6-second increments, with an 18 second minimum for domestic calls. Local (also called Zone 1 and Zone 2) is at postalized per minute rates. Zone 3 and Local Toll is a postalized per minute rate, billed as an 18 second initial increment and 1 second subsequent increments.
