Is 40 Volume Peroxide Enough To Get Platinum Blonde Hair?
I suggest that you use a 30 volume with bleaching powder as well. The peroxide isnt enough to do it on its own. I do my hair and it is really beautiful. I have dark brown hair so a 40 works for me.
