Is 28 days too long to spend traveling to the U.K. and the Netherlands for vacation?
Try Hostelling International, not only are Hostels inexpensive, but they also have self catering kitchens (please clean up after yourself). While in London, make sure you have an Oyster Card www.tfl.gov.uk. Many times it is far less expensive to travel by coach than by train, especially in the UK, but it takes longer. While in London, you can get SOME bargains for food-mostly in Chinese restaraunts (Mr. Wu’s) in the West End. My advice for London is see the big sights, and get out of London as you will spend a lot of money there before you realise it. Good luck, and enjoy your holiday.
