This is not Good Speed..It’s really a slow speed…you can contact your ISP and get the 512Kbps connection ..that may be best one,You can measure the speed of the internet at Scanmyspeed.com

That is indeed very slow! You can either optimize what you have to get the best speed (see the first link below), or you can change your broadband package / ISP completely (second link below). Your best bet is to get the fastest broadband package you can afford and then tweak a few things to get the most out of what you have.

That is terrible, that is near dial up speed. I would get on the phone to them and see if they can help, you should be able to get 512kbps at least.

I get 450kbps download on a £10 a month internet. No that’s not a good speed.
