Is $1200 for a Buffet R-13 Green Line a good deal?

I found one locally and offered what I thought was a low price. $1,200 for a Buffet Greenline clarinet that’s four years old. The offer was accepted pendling playing the instrument. Does this sound like a good deal? I’ve been trying to find a used R-13 but buying a WOOD clarinet via E-bay or On-line has proven difficult.
