Is 12 stone overweight for a 14yearold girl thats 5.9 !!!?
Yes, that’s overweight I’m afraid. Don’t beat yourself up about it, because if you needed to ask a question on here about if you’re overweight or not, then it obviously doesn’t bother you much, and that’s great. Exercise for 30mins-60mins a day and dont eat chocolate. It’s bad! Cut down on the amount of fat and calories you eat. Drink lots of water to fill you up so you dont feel the need to snack, and NEVER eat after 7pm! Always eat breakfast. ALWAYS. Make sure if you eat cereal, its good for you. Just because it looks healthy on the box, doesnt mean it is. Get at least, AT LEAST, 8 hour of sleep a night.
