it is but at least your eating something, i only eat 1meal a day so i only get about 500cals a day which is horrible really as i do dance so i burn more than i eat but it depends on if you do alot of exercise.

forget the acai berries, they’ve been proved to be useless. 1000 calories a day is a sensible diet. A normal human being should be able to survive adequately on that without putting the body under any streess.
