Like some have already mentioned 100% should be your goal and of course it can be possible, though difficult. You have to do your risk management analysis and figure out what’s the most reasonable level of compliance for your organization… More importantly however, I think it depends on what your industry is, what your organization does etc. That tells you what is the most part of the law that you need to be in 100% compliance.. Again it goes back to Risk Management (Caps for emphasis). To elaborate, if you’re a manufacturing plant, OSHA and labor laws are extremely important as these are the areas of highest risk and possible litigation.
