Is 1 Case of Hemp Hearts to much to buy at one time per household?
It really all depends on how many people are in the household and who would be eating the Hemp Hearts. Say you follow the suggestion of eating 5 tbsp servings a day, there is approx. 10 servings per pound. With 9 pounds per case that is then approx. 90 servings. If you are looking at feeding two people per case and you are both eating the 5 tbsp servings a day to get the full benefits of the Hemp Hearts, then you can expect to go through 1 case in about 1 1/2 months.
