IP Address May be Locked Out Error. Why?
• This error is caused by locking out more than 1 User ID from the same IP Address within a 24-hour period. • Contact Client Services at 1-800-589-53558 and tell them that your IP Address is locked out. “You Have Been Disconnected From the Computer You Have Dialed,” or “Connection to the Server Could Not be Established” Error. Why? These errors may mean that your User ID is locked out, or they may indicate a problem with the Dial-Up Server. Contact Client Services at 1-800-589-5355 and have them check your Dial-Up User ID to see if you have been locked out. If your User ID is okay, Client Services will have someone check the Dial-Up Server. Please note the phone number that you are using to Dial into the system.
