INX works great most of the time, but sometimes the quality is bad. Why?
INX uses the local access of your ISP and the Internet to transport traffic to our network and gateway. This means that your calls go over networks that are not maintained or controlled by INX. These networks may be congested with other traffic at the busiest time of day or at other times for your area because the local ISP and/or their backbone provider does not have sufficient bandwidth and network resources to support the amount of traffic on their networks. Or there could be a network failure that creates congestion or dropped traffic for a period of time until repairs are completed. INX is not responsible for service quality because of these and other issues as outlined in your service agreement.
