Owners must pay their maintenance fee in advance of the normal due date, if the deposit is being made in advance. Interval International will hold a deposit for 10 days to give owners a chance to contact Harbor Ridge to pay the maintenance fee. If the maintenance fee has not been set for the year being deposited, Harbor Ridge collects $400, and the balance due will be invoiced during the regular billing cycle.
