Internet Marketing Tips – Why Do Products Fail?
This is a question I get asked a ton. “I just created this really great product, promoted it like crazy and I can’t sell a lick. What’s wrong?” Well, there can be many reasons why a product doesn’t sell, but one of the biggest ones is the reason I am going to discuss in this article. It’s called demand. Demand is probably one of the strongest words in economics. Yes, when I went to college I took a lot of economics courses. I remember them teaching me the theories of guns versus butter. In other words, do we spend more of our money on fighting wars or more of it on domestic problems? Finding a happy medium is not always easy. But that’s besides the point. The law of supply and demand is a lot simpler to understand than the law of guns versus butter. If the demand is high and the supply is low, prices go up because there isn’t enough of the item to go around.
