Internet Explorer sometimes loads a blank page and the page elements only appear when I move my mouse over them. Whats wrong?

There are known problems with windows not being drawn correctly in the OS X version of Internet Explorer. Try to resize the page using the tapered marker in the bottom right corner and see if that redraws the window (quicker than “refreshing”). These issues should have been resolved in the most recent, and final, version of Internet Explorer (v.5.2.3).
