International Phonetics Alphabet. Why don you just use the International Phonetics Alphabet to show sounds instead of finding English words to match the sounds?
We want to make it easy on people. The IPA is designed to show sounds in a standard format. But you have to learn the code to do this. For people who just want to learn a few words in another language, it makes the learning process much more difficult. Most of us are not linguists and find learning the code more bother than it is worth!
