Each international experience has to be seen in the context of the type of contracting, the risk allocation to private sector and the socio economic conditions prevailing in the country DJB has taken advice from experienced international practitioners throughout the contract preparation exercise. This has not only allowed benefit to be drawn from experience elsewhere but also to knowledgeably tailor the proposed contract terms to Delhi’s specific circumstances.
