interact with real estate project management during a transition?
Real Estate Project Managers work with realtors, leasing companies, architects, engineers, city building departments, general contractors, and in some cases subcontractors to secure a new site and design the build out of the physical building space required for the company, including the technology facility. There is a high level of coordination and interaction between ITtransitions ® and the real estate project manager. We work closely with the Real Estate project manager to ensure the physical space for the technology facility is designed to support the business needs of the organization. To facilitate this we work closely with our client to identify their technology facility needs. Once the site is secured, ITtransitions ® works with real estate project manager to ensure the proper design of the space to meet these needs.
