Intensive Family Preservation Services – What are Intensive Family Preservation Services?
Intensive Family Preservation Services are short-term, crisis intervention services and serve families who have extremely high at-risk issues that place children at imminent risk of removal from the home. The services last from four to six weeks, and contact with the family can be daily. Referrals are received from Mental Health, DSS, or the Department of Juvenile Justice.
