IntelliAddress scans each incoming email and shows me the newly found contact information with a prompt for confirmation. Do I have to view each prompt?
IntelliAddress notifies you immediately of each new contact it finds within your incoming emails. You have the alternative of turning off this option, at which point new contacts can continue to be added to your Outlook Directory without prompting you about each new addition. To do that, go to the IntelliAddress Options and disable.
