It is your responsibility to make sure the equipment is insured. We make it easy for you by offering insurance tailored to this exact requirement. Credit Checks Often you’ll receive instant approval without the need for credit checks. Occasionally, on larger orders for example, a credit check will be required – of course we’ll let you know before doing so and request your permission in writing. Breaking a Rental Agreement Early No dramas – we’ll provide you with a payout figure and help you with any data transfer etc as a courtesy. Upgrading Has never been easier – anything you need can be added to your rental schedule as a tiny weekly amount (and whatever we add is automatically supported like all your other RentWare. Moving Offices Give that 1300 number a call like any other day and we’ll roll up our sleeves and give you a hand for FREE – it’s all part of the service – unless of course you’re moving to the Bahamas – in which case we’ll need you to pay for our airfares and sunscreen.
