Sorry to hear about your bad luck with your purchase. Insurance companies are not out there to scam people. If they were, they would get shut down. Chances are you were either mislead regarding the insruance from the website or you misunderstood the coverage. With all due respect it is sad when people blame others or the wrong person when they make a mistake. My suggestion would be to deal with a real person next time to make sure you understand what you are buying.
