Instead of the media title I expected, I downloaded a file with the extension .odm. Where is my title?
The download of an .odm file is part of the OverDrive Media file download process. However, the .odm file should automatically be processed, and prompt the OverDrive Media Console to open. If this did not occur, there may be either missing software or file association issues in your use environment. If you have not yet downloaded and installed OverDrive Media Console, please click here for download and installation instructions. If you have installed OverDrive Media Console, you may need to adjust your file associations. File associations simply tell a computer which program should be used to open a file.
